Eugenio is the mind behind HiLights. He has applied his technical expertise in ICT and his project management skills to develop a brand new Christmas lighting concept. He tailors the needs of his customers to deliver a unique, high quality experience… not just lights. Father of two teenagers, he lives between Miami, Los Angeles and Rome. Community is very important to him and that is why he became an affiliate of the Red Cross. Active and adventurous, he is a sailor, professional scuba diver and a helicopter pilot. 

Fulvio is a charismatic and pragmatic leader with many years of experience in business development. He is married and father to a beautiful daughter. Fulvio enjoys running, performing as an actor and has a local theater he launched with his wife. Being part of the community is important to him. When at home, he tends to his bio orchard and understands the importance of a healthy diet. 

“Nothing is ever accurate enough.” Dario'd motto has inspired him throughout his two decades long career. His passion is Internet of Things. He also work in developing and installing stages for concerts and big events. Dario has a big heart and is a valued member of our HiLights’ team. 

Understand first, if you want to be understood.” Gabriele has spent most of his career as a Project Manager for several international corporations. He finds the best solutions for his clients; coordinating people and processes to deliver projects on time and within a budget. He is now committed to making sure all sales aspects of HiLights run as smoothly as possible. Gabriele enjoys listening to jazz, playing water sports and studying ICT

Michel Abramovici is a People’s person. Throughout his career in information technology and later in the finance industry, his focus has always been on the customer : “If you understand the needs of your customer, you can deliver the right solution” is his motto. he likes good food and wine and in his spare time he likes to trek in the mountains and ski in winter with his wife and two boys.

Giacomo has extensive experience in project management and business delivery. He has a knack for getting along well with people everywhere he goes. Giacomo is Sicilian by birth but a citizen of the world by passion. During his travels he fell in love with boxing and the philosophy of the sport: You should be be fast and understand, identify your weaknesses and prevent others from taking advantage of them. 

Amy was born and raised in southern California. She is married and does an amazing job raising 2 boys while working hard for HiLights. We are lucky to have her decades of management experience to assist the entire team as the Director of our HQ Office. She enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and watching scary movies.
